Annual Thanksgiving Luncheon – Finding Hope in the Everyday Ordinary

THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 17

The holiday season is generally seen as a time for celebration and hope for the new year. However, sometimes people with cancer and their families feel out of sync with everyone around them. It can often be hard to feel a sense of joy and hopefulness given their situation. How do you renew your spirit and find a sense of hopefulness under these tough circumstances, particularly during the season of celebration. Our guest speaker, Caroline Stewart, rector, pastoral counselor and chaplain, will talk about ways to do just that and lead a conversation on the topic. The experiences, stories and lessons she will share may help you see things in a different, more hopeful light.

Speaker: Rev. Caroline Stewart, M.Ed, MA

Thursday, November 17
