Managing Cancer Pain and Other Side Effects

WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 18

Dr. Lynn McPherson is Professor and Vice Chair, Department of Pharmacy Practice and Science at the University of Maryland School of Pharmacy and has a special interest in pain management. She and her resident, Dr. Leah Sera, will discuss challenges caused by cancer pain and will explore medical and non-medical approaches. They will also discuss ways to manage other side effects of cancer and its treatment such as depression, anxiety, nausea, constipation, diarrhea, etc. Back by popular demand, this is a program not to miss!
