Meditations (Tuesday Noon)

Calling on a number of meditation modalities including breath and sensory awareness techniques, progressive relaxation, visualization and contemplation, this on-going, drop-in-when-you-can class will both reduce stress and provide you with meditative practices to call upon any time, anywhere.
