Qigong movements stimulate the flow of energy, energizing and relaxing our bodies at the same time. A regular qigong practice can improve circulation, lower blood pressure, create better balance, and enhance well-being, just to name a few benefits.
In this 6-week session, instructor Pamela Tanton, a Certified Sheng Zhen QiGong Instructor, will teach seated and standing qigong movements that are gentle to the body but that also build strength. For beginners as well as those with experience. RSVP once for the entire six week series.
